With footpaths to explore and trails to follow, there’s plenty of Whitehouse to explore at these sites and beyond. The area also features a golf centre, a popular gym, and a skatepark, ensuring that leisure pursuits are available for all types of homebuyers.

In nearby Milton Keynes, further leisure options are available, including theatres, museums, multi-screen cinemas, and state-of-the-art sports stadia. Unique attractions in the town include Snozone, an indoor ski slope, Big Rock Hub, an indoor climbing and bouldering centre, and Bletchley Park, once the top-secret home of the World War Two Codebreakers.

Also nearby, Stony Stratford is an historic town nicknamed the Jewel of Milton Keynes. With a rich history and a plethora of high street and independent stores, there’s plenty to explore in this beautiful village.

Close to the Bellway at Whitehouse Park development, a series of local shops ensures that essential products and services are available to residents. The nearby Post Office is within walking distance, while an independent hairdresser, convenience stores, and pharmacy can all be reached on foot within 15 minutes.

Further afield, Centre MK is just an eight-minute drive from the development and this hub offers high street shopping from a selection of outstanding brands, including John Lewis & Partners, M&S, and Next.

Local coffee shops and relaxed eateries are available in Whitehouse, including Kuku Coffee House, just an eight-minute walk from Bellway at Whitehouse Park. This family-run, community coffee shop is well known for its first-rate food and amazing hot drinks. The Hub in central Milton Keynes is also available, and this modern centre is home to all sorts of eating, drinking, and socialising activities.

Found close the A5, Bellway at Whitehouse Park is well-set for transport links. This road connects the area with Milton Keynes, London, and other areas, including Leicestershire, Wales, and the West Midlands. Its connection to Holyhead means that connections to Ireland are also readily available via the town’s port. The M1 is also close by, connecting the area to the wider motorway network.

Just a short drive from Milton Keynes city centre, the district is ideally placed for commuters. The development is just 10 minutes’ drive from CMK train station, giving potential commuters and leisure travellers easy access to Birmingham International and London Euston in 37 minutes. Walking and cycling routes in the area are also plentiful, with designated areas available to enjoy the rural parts of this South East district.

Bellway at Whitehouse Park has an on-site primary school, and this is one of several education centres found close to the development, including the recently-opened Watling Academy. Well-regarded primary and secondary schools in the area are complemented by further and higher education in Milton Keynes. The Open University’s headquarters and Milton Keynes College are found in the city, while Cranfield University’s all-postgraduate campus is in nearby Cranfield.
