Egerton Park, found just over two miles from the site, provides something for everyone, from leisurely walks and tennis courts to a playground for children. It is neighboured by The Polegrove, a recreation park hosting football, cricket, and outdoor bowls, as well as an annual classic car show. Closer by, Gillham Woods Nature Reserve offers quaint trails for strolling and can be reached in under ten minutes on foot.

Bexhill Leisure Centre, accessible in six minutes by car, supplies excitement for adults and children alike; a gymnasium and swimming pool are on offer, with lessons available, and they are complemented by sessions for a range of other fun sports. Golfers of all skill levels can test themselves at two 18-hole courses; Cooden Beach Golf Club, just a two-minute walk from the development, and Highwoods Golf Club, six minutes away via car.

Cultural offerings include the De-La-Warr Pavilion, an award-winning centre for contemporary arts, which can be reached in around seven minutes by car. Bexhill Museum, located a similar distance away, gives history enthusiasts an insight into Bexhill’s heritage as the birthplace of British motor racing. Further afield, the magnificent Herstmonceux Castle can be reached within 20 minutes by car, while the town of Hastings, just over seven miles from the site, has its own share of historic attractions.

Shopping needs can be satisfied without travelling far from home, as a well-known supermarket is just a two-minute drive away. For even greater choice, Ravenside Retail Park can be reached in under 15 minutes and is home to a range of recognised brands, covering areas such as electronics, DIY, pharmaceuticals, pets, fashion and groceries.

Bexhill-on-Sea’s dining options are equally abundant; a cosy pub and enticing Thai, Indian, and Chinese restaurants are found within a mile of the site, while multiple cafés are also within walking distance. A drive eastwards of under ten minutes provides access to even more highly rated eateries and coffeehouses, some of which offer a beautiful ocean view.

The development benefits from strong transport connections for all modes of travel. Within a five-minute walk is Cooden Beach train station, offering connections to Eastbourne in under 20 minutes and Hastings in 16 minutes.
