Cath and Tim Monaghan are no strangers to moving house, having moved a number of times over the past 20 years. Now however, they plan on staying put at their new Bellway home in Cressing, Essex.
The couple and their daughter Abi have moved into the 3 bedroom Japonica at Avondale. “We bought our first home together in Braintree over 20 years ago and we’ve had quite a few homes since, including four new builds,” says Cath. “We’ve had a couple of older houses, too, but we like new build because everything’s done for you – it saves decorating.”
The couple did most of their house hunting online and the development caught their eye because of its excellent transport links and its location. “What we liked about Avondale is that it’s a bit out in the country and yet has Cressing station close by as well,” explains Cath.
