Transport connections in the area are excellent, with convenient access to local roads and motorway links. The A621 is half a mile from the development and runs from Sheffield to Baslow, while the A61 is just over 10 minutes away and connects Derby with Thirsk, passing major cities such as Sheffield and Leeds on route.

There are regular bus services from Dore Village into Sheffield city centre while Dore and Totley train station provides a connection to Sheffield in six minutes, along with Manchester Piccadilly in under an hour.
