Nestled between the cities of Chichester and Portsmouth, Havant is a historic market town with an excellent range of attractions. Boasting a picturesque, semi-rural location, this appealing new development is just a short drive from the popular Staunton Country Park. Here, visitors can explore the Victorian Coach House, the iconic Chinese bridge and the largest tropical glasshouse on the South Coast. Transport

The closest major roads are the A27, just two miles from Brookvale, and the A3, which is around 2.5 miles away. For travel by train, Havant station is 1.5 miles away, and provides regular connections to stations across the South Coast, as well as Northern services to London.

Ideal for commuters, London Waterloo and London Victoria stations can be reached within an 80-minute direct journey from Havant.
