Brookvale is just 10 minutes from the M27, which provides connections to Southampton in just over an hour and Winchester in 45 minutes via the M3. Both Portsmouth and Chichester are around 20 minutes by car, while London Waterloo can be accessed in an hour and a half via Havant railway station.

The closest major roads are the A27, just two miles from Brookvale, and the A3, which is around 2.5 miles away. For travel by train, Havant station is 1.5 miles away, and provides regular connections to stations across the South Coast, as well as Northern services to London.

Ideal for commuters, London Waterloo and London Victoria stations can be reached within an 80-minute direct journey from Havant.
