Chinnor is a large village situated in South Oxfordshire, to the southeast of Oxford. From junction 6 of the M40, the development is about five minutes’ drive away.

Nestled at the bottom of the Chiltern Hills, in a popular rural village, Oak Hill Park benefits from excellent views of the surrounding Oxfordshire countryside, with the Chinnor Nature Reserve nearby.
