Maybrey Works is located on Worsley Bridge Road in south London, one mile from Beckenham, three miles from Dulwich and nine miles from central London. The A205 South Circular Road is five minutes’ drive from the development.

The nearest train station to the development is Lower Sydenham, just a short walk away. From there regular services run to London Bridge (journey time around 15 minutes), London Waterloo East (journey time around 20 minutes), London Cannon Street (journey time around 25 minutes) and London Charing Cross (journey time around 25 minutes).
Major roads within easy reach of the development include the A205 South Circular, the A23 and the A232.
