Hazlemere Marina is located in Waltham Abbey, half a mile from the town centre, around two miles from the A10 and the M25, and 17 miles from central London.
Waltham Abbey town centre is the setting for a variety of independent stores, as well as several supermarkets and a twice weekly market. There is also a Tesco superstore on Sewardstone Road, just over a mile from the development, and a Sainsbury’s supermarket, just under a mile away, within The Pavilions Shopping Centre in Waltham Cross. For movie fans, regular film screenings are held in Waltham Abbey town hall, while Cineworld at Southbury Leisure Park in Enfield screens the latest movies and is situated next to branches of several popular family restaurant chains.

A network of public buses connects Waltham Abbey with surrounding towns and villages, such as Loughton, Cheshunt and Harlow. Major road links include the A10 (for London Bridge, Shoreditch, Stoke Newington and Tottenham to the south, and Hertford, Cambridge and King’s Lynn to the north), the M11 (for east London, Stansted Airport and Cambridge), and the M25 London Orbital Motorway. Stansted Airport is half an hour away by car via the M25 and the M11, while Heathrow Airport is a 40-minute car journey away via the M25.
