For days out, Castle Combe is just over a half-hour drive away and is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Residents are a 20-minute drive away from the Kennet and Avon Canal, offering a scenic walking route or an unforgettable boating experience. The city of Bath is a 30-minute drive away and has many attractions, including the famous Roman Baths.

The development benefits from a total of 10 primary schools within a two-and-a-half-mile radius.
