Parklands is situated on the eastern outskirts of Weston-super-Mare, and can be found approximately five minutes’ drive from junction 21 of the M5.
Located on the south-eastern borders of Weston-super-Mare, the Parklands development is well-situated near to a variety of entertainment options. Around 10 minutes’ drive away, there are two established multiplex cinemas, providing everything from summer blockbusters to independent art-house screenings.
The Grand Pier, on the seafront of Weston-super-Mare, which is roughly a five-mile drive from Parklands, offers arcades, amusement rides, and even Britain’s smallest rollercoaster. Furthermore, the pier hosts an annual cider festival, with live music, barbeques, and a combination of locally sourced ciders and popular brand names, such as Magners. There are also holiday-themed events on the pier, including a Halloween ‘Unfairground’, and there are also murder-mystery nights. Alternatively, spend the day walking the beaches of the seafront and take in the picturesque views of the Bristol Channel.
This development is situated within easy reach of several large supermarkets, with three well-known stores all less than two miles from Parklands. With the nearest supermarket just a five-minute drive away, there’s sufficient choice when it comes to everyday essentials.
There are also a variety of options available for retail shopping in the centre of Weston-super-Mare, as there are a number of independent and high-street shops situated just over four miles from Parklands.

Parklands is situated within commuting distance of the nearest major cities, and would be ideal for those working in Bristol or Cardiff, with Bristol a little over 20 miles away and Cardiff around 50 miles, respectively. The development is only a short drive from the M5, enabling commuters to travel to Bristol in less than 40 minutes. For those travelling further afield, Bristol Airport is just under 12 miles away from these new homes, and offers international flights to well-known destinations.
As an alternative to car travel, Weston-super-Mare’s railway station is around four miles away from Parklands, and has direct services to Bristol, which is around a 30-minute journey, and Cardiff Central, a one-hour and 40-minute trip.

Herons’ Moor Academy is only a five-minute drive away and Becket Primary school is a six-minute journey from Parklands. For secondary-age pupils, Priory community school is around one-and-a-half miles away from the development.
For older students, Weston College offers a wide range of courses and is spread across three campuses, each specialising in specific areas, including construction, art, and business, and satellite centres. Each campus is equipped with modern facilities and all are within a 20-minute drive of Parklands.
