Racing fans will find the sport of kings well represented locally – both Kempton Park and Sandown Park are around 15 minutes’ drive away.

Professional rugby club London Irish is based in Sunbury-on-Thames, three miles away; Walton Rowing Club is a 10-minute walk away and there are four golf clubs – Sunbury, Hersham, Burhill and Sandown Park – within four miles of the development.

Walton-on-Thames railway station is a five-minute drive, or a 25-minute walk from Walton Park, which is ideal for professionals commuting to London. Five trains an hour depart for London Waterloo during rush hour, with a journey time of around 35 minutes. Trains also run from Shepperton railway station, two miles away, to Kingston, Richmond, Putney, Wandsworth Town, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and London Waterloo. Major roads easily accessible from the development include the M3, the A3, the M4 and the M25.
