The town of Wixams is an innovative new residential community, boasting an enviable location close to both open countryside and the attractions of Bedford town centre.

The rolling countryside surrounding Brook View makes it an ideal setting to enjoy the outdoors, with a number of attractive public parks, walking trails and cycling routes to be explored. Priory Country Park is a picturesque area of green space covering 360 acres, nestled on the banks of the River Great Ouse. This popular park is made up of lakes, meadows and woodland and is ideal for bird watching, fishing, walking and even water sports.
