The quaint village of Lydiate is an attractive prospect for families and young professionals alike, as there are plenty of amenities and entertainment options available locally, as well as within a short drive.

A little over five minutes’ drive away from Lydiate Gate is Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm, where visitors can explore indoor and outdoor play areas, meet a variety of animals, and wander the adventure maze – ideal for those with young children.

For sports fans, Aintree Racecourse is roughly three miles, while both Anfield and Goodison Park are under a 25-minute drive away, meaning residents can enjoy Premier League football throughout the football season.

Liverpool is also home to an abundance of art galleries, museums, and other attractions, including the Royal Albert Dock.

Everyday essentials can be easily picked up from one of several supermarkets in Lydiate, with a well-known option less than a five-minute drive away from the development.

As an alternative, Maghull train station is less than a mile away from the development, and offers services travelling into Liverpool and Ormskirk.

Students looking at higher education have two options within driving distance: Edge Hill University and the University of Liverpool, which are 10 minutes’ drive away and 30 minutes’ drive, respectively.
