The site of this attractive new development overlooks the remains of Bromborough Court House which is recognised as an ancient monument and situated on the opposite bank of Dibbinsdale Brook. King Edward I is reputed to have to have stayed at the Court House for two days in 1277.

In commemoration of this, Bellway have proudly named this development ‘King’s Hill’.
