The Trafford Centre, with more than 200 stores, can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car, while the commercial heart of Manchester is just a 15-minute drive away. There, the shopping districts of the Northern Quarter, Exchange Square and Spinningfields, as well as the Arndale Centre, attract visitors from around the world. Salford Quays, home to the Lowry Outlet Centre and branches of several fashionable restaurant chains, is around 10 minutes’ drive from Trinity Point.

Entertainment and leisure

Entertainment venues near to the development include the Palace and Royal Exchange theatres in Manchester, which present a comprehensive programme of drama, family shows, comedy and dance, and The Lowry, a celebrated performing and visual arts hub at Salford Quays. Transport

Major routes easily accessible from Trinity Point include the A56, the M60 and the M62. The nearest railway station is Swinton two miles away and from there frequent services run to Salford, Manchester Victoria, Southport, Rochdale and Blackburn.

Manchester Airport is around 25 minutes’ drive away via the M60.
