For more family-themed activities, Apple Jacks Adventure Farm, a location packed with outdoor activities, entertainment, and food options, is just over 10 minutes’ drive away from Sandstone Brook. Plus, less than 15 miles from the development is Gulliver’s World Theme Park, where there are more than 80 rides, attractions, and shows to enjoy each day.

Shopping and dining

Less than half a mile from Sandstone Brook, in the heart of Lymm, are a variety of restaurant options, including steakhouses, Mediterranean restaurants, and Indian eateries. Some of these restaurants are located on the side of the canal, offering picturesque views while you eat.

Sandstone Brook benefits from an array of excellent road links. The M56 is an eight-minute drive, the M6 is just over three miles away from the development, and the M62 is around 20 minutes’ drive. These major road links allow for commuters to travel into neighbouring cities, as Manchester is only a little further than 13 miles away and Liverpool is around a 50-minute journey by car.

For international and domestic flights, Manchester Airport is roughly a 15-minute drive from Sandstone Brook.
