Pocket Green is situated in Lowton, approximately eight miles north of Warrington town centre. From junction 23 of the M6, the development is about four miles away.
The village of Lowton offers a selection of amenities including several local shops and pubs. Its location, nestled between Leigh, Wigan and Warrington, means that residents can benefit from village life, while taking advantage of the wealth of facilities that these nearby market towns have to offer, including a number of supermarkets, high-street and independent shops, as well as local bars and restaurants.
For outdoor entertainment, Pennington Flash Country Park in Leigh is less than two miles' drive away. Here visitors can explore a 70-hectare lake, a children’s play park, a nine-hole golf course and a nature reserve.
Nearby Warrington is ideal for indoor entertainment. Less than eight miles away, it is home to bowling alleys, a multiscreen cinema and Warrington Museum and Art Gallery. For a family day out, Gulliver’s World theme park is aimed at children aged 2 – 13 and has more than 80 rides and attractions.

Warrington has two train stations: Warrington Central station, which is around 20 minutes' drive from Pocket Green and Warrington Bank Quay station, less than 30 minutes' drive away. Regular services run from both to a number of destinations, including London, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow.
