Shopping

For everyday shopping essentials there are two supermarkets just 15 minutes’ walk, or a few minutes’ drive, from the development. Set within Liberty Square, they are adjacent to several restaurants, a coffee shop and a family-friendly pub – The Spitfire. West Malling, three miles away, offers a range of specialist and independent stores, as well as a monthly farmers’ market, while Maidstone and Royal Tunbridge Wells, both around 30 minutes’ drive away, are popular with shoppers from across the region. Bluewater at Greenhithe, one of the largest shopping centres in Europe, can be reached in around 35 minutes by car.

Leisure

Leisure facilities within the village are excellent – the community centre on Gibson Drive hosts regular events and classes, and the cultural centre next to the former control tour exhibits work from local and visiting artists. Kings Hill Sports Park has several grass pitches and the local football club is based there. Other local clubs cover tennis, cricket and golf.

Education

Kings Hill has three primary schools – The Discovery School, Kings Hill School and Valley Invicta Primary School at Kings Hill. Well-regarded secondary schools include the Malling School, four miles from Sixty Three and Aylesford School – Sports College, five miles away.

Transport

Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A26, the M20 and the M25. High speed rail services to London St Pancras call at Snodland, less than 15 minutes’ drive from the development, while services to London Victoria and Blackfriars operate from West Malling station, around five minutes away by car. Gatwick Airport is 40 minutes’ drive from Sixty Three via the M25.
