Oakley Park is located in Edenbridge, a mile from the town centre, around 10 miles from Sevenoaks, 15 miles from Gatwick Airport and 27 miles from central London. Major roads within convenient reach include the A22 and the M25.

For families, several well-regarded schools can be found in the local area, including Edenbridge Primary School and Hever CE Voluntary Aided Primary School for younger children and Oxted School and Bennett Memorial Diocesan School in Tunbridge Wells for secondary age pupils. In addition, West Kent College in Tonbridge (11 miles away), Crawley College (15 miles away) and East Surrey College in Redhill (15 miles away) offer a range of vocational and academic courses for the over 16s.
Ideal for professionals working locally and further afield, Oakley Park is around 30 minutes’ drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Crawley and 20 minutes from the M25. Two railway stations – Edenbridge and Edenbridge Town – are situated within a mile of the development, with frequent trains from Edenbridge to Tonbridge, Clapham Junction and London Victoria and from Edenbridge Town to East Croydon and London Bridge. Gatwick Airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car via the M23.
