All year round the forest is home to the sounds of birdlife, while Sherwood Pines Forest Park provides vast acres of country park woodland and open heathland, the perfect place to unwind on foot, bike, or by horse, riding along its waymarked trails or to see skilled cyclists tackle the off-road terrain, slopes and ramps at the unique mountain bike track.
