Have you saved your 5% deposit and want to get moving into your brand new home?  With our Opening Doors scheme, we can help you to get on the property ladder.  You can buy your home with an 80% mortgage and only 5% deposit is required.  We will loan you the remaining 15% (up to a maximum of £20,000) which is secured by a legal charge.  To help you, this loan is interest free.  The scheme is financed by North Solihull Partnership, regenerating North Solihull.
