5% Deposit Paid

Bellway can give up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price as a contribution towards your deposit on completion.  The bigger the deposit you put down the better the interest rate and there is a full range of competitive products available.  Our Sales Advisor can refer you to our nominated mortgage broker who can discuss the full range of lenders who will accept our 5% deposit paid scheme.
