Ashtree Gardens is a proposed development of new homes in the market town of Ashby de la Zouch, less than a mile from the town centre and within convenient travelling distance of Burton upon Trent and Derby.

The anticipated product mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes will be offered in a range of styles to suit a wide audience of potential purchasers, including first-time buyers and families. Ashby lies at the heart of the National Forest, so the local area offers ample opportunities for outdoor pursuits and sports. Hicks Lodge, a few minutes drive from Ashtree Gardens, encompasses eight miles of off-road cycle routes, while Conkers activity centre, 10 minutes away by car, is a popular destination for families, with facilities including interactive exhibits, treetop walkways, zip wires, play areas, woodland walks and activity trails, as well as sports such as canoeing, carting and archery.

Within the town, Hood Park Leisure Centre, has two swimming pools, football pitches, a sports hall and a fitness suite, while Bath Grounds is home to the local cricket and bowls clubs.

Ashby de la Zouch Castle, which dates back to the 12th century, is situated just off the town centre and is a regular venue for public events, including outdoor theatre productions in summer, which are staged in the castle grounds.

Ashtree Gardens enjoys excellent transport links, with several major roads easily accessible from the development, including the A42 for the M1 in the north and the M42 in the south, the A511 for Burton upon Trent and the A514 for Derby. The nearest railway station is a 20-minute drive away in Burton upon Trent, and from there regular services run to numerous destinations, among them Nottingham, Tamworth, Birmingham, Derby and Sheffield.

For national and international air travel East Midlands Airport is 15 minutes drive away via the A42.
