Fern Hill Gardens is a proposed development of new homes in Faringdon that will appeal to a range of potential purchasers, including families and professionals commuting to nearby Oxford and Swindon.

Situated at the edge of the Cotswolds, Faringdon is surrounded by picturesque countryside, which offers endless opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as cycling, rambling and horse riding. Carswell Golf and Country Club, five miles from Fern Hill Gardens, is just one of several golf courses in the area. The town also has a tennis club, football, rugby and cricket teams, and a leisure centre with gym, swimming pool and sports hall.

Situated around 20 miles from Oxford and 11 miles from Swindon, Faringdon is popular with commuters. Major roads easily accessible from the development include the A420 for Oxford and Swindon, the A419 for Cirencester, and the M4 for Bristol, Newport and Cardiff to the west, and Reading, Slough and London to the east. The nearest railway station to Fern Hill Gardens is Swindon, a 30-minute drive away, from where regular services operate to Bath, Bristol, Reading and London Paddington, among other destinations.
