Trinity Quarter is a development of new homes in Guildford situated on the banks of the River Wey, 31 miles from London and ideally located for accessing transport links to the capital.

Sports facilities locally include the Spectrum Leisure Complex, which boasts an Olympic sized ice rink and four swimming pools, and Surrey Sports Park, which has an Olympic standard swimming pool, exercise studios, a gym, sports courts and pitches.

For families, well-regarded schools within the vicinity of these new homes in Guildford include Queen Eleanor’s CE School and Pewley Down Infant School for younger children, and for older pupils, Guildford County School, Guildford High School for Girls and the Royal Grammar School (for boys).  The University of Surrey is just 10 minutes’ walk from the development.

Major roads easily accessible from Trinity Quarter include the A3, the A25 and the A31. Guildford railway station is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the development and from there regular services run to Portsmouth, Reigate, Woking, Gatwick Airport, Clapham Junction and London Waterloo, among other destinations.
