A bus stop is located close to the entrance of the development, which provides services to Prescot and St.Helens half hourly, while Huyton Bus Station provides services to Liverpool every 10 minutes, and Warrington every 30 minutes.

Residents can travel by train from Huyton Station, just two miles from Willow Grange, which benefits from a limited number of free parking spaces, and provides direct connections to major destinations such as Liverpool (19 minutes) and Manchester (46 minutes).
