Welcome to Llay

Llay is a pleasant village in the Wrexham County Borough of Wales, located just five miles north of Wrexham and 8.5 miles south west of Chester.

The A55 North Wales expressway is approximately 15 minutes away, providing a connection to the M53 (Junction 11) and the M56 (Junction 15) in 14 miles.

For access to major cities further afield, the M6 motorway is 30-35 minutes away and connects Birmingham with Gretna via Stoke-on-Trent, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Lancaster and Carlisle.

Chester Train Station, around 11 miles away, provides excellent transport links to Liverpool, Crewe, Manchester, Manchester Airport and Llandudno. Virgin Trains West Coast cover services from Chester Station to London Euston with a journey time of 124 minutes, as well as Holyhead in 39 minutes, opening up access to Ferry services.

For international travel, the popular Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just 40 minutes from the development by car.
