Notes is a contemporary development of new homes in Rochford, located in a semi-rural setting, yet within 10 minutes walk of the town centre.

Major roads easily accessible from Notes include the A127 (for the M25 and A12) and the A13 (for central and east London).

Rochford Railway Station is less than half a mile from the development and within walking distance. From there, frequent services run into Stratford (for London Docklands) and Liverpool Street (for the City and London Underground destinations). For domestic and international flights, Southend Airport is two miles away.
