There is an exciting opportunity to join one of Britain’s leading housebuilders. Bellway Homes is looking to recruit a Managing Director for our North London Division who will take overall responsibility for the effective management and performance of the Division.

The role of Managing Director is a broad range, commercial role with a focus on delivering profitable growth. Reporting to the Regional Chairman, you will take overall responsibility for the Division; driving the business plan, achieving targets, acquiring sites, ensuring the Division has the right resources and team in place to accomplish and deliver this from a sales and operational perspective, whilst ensuring that Health & Safety and standards of quality and customer care are maintained.

We are keen to hear from current experienced Managing Directors & Directors with a wide-ranging understanding and experience of the housebuilding or construction industry. We are looking for an individual who is ambitious and results driven with a proven track record of achieving targets. In addition to this, you will have experience of successfully managing and developing people. All applicants should hold a current full driving licence.
