Bellway would like to hear from highly motivated individuals looking to work as a Sales Advisor for one of Britain’s leading house builders.

As the UK’s fourth largest home builder, our developments can range from small, traditionally styled housing schemes up to large housing developments and mixed-use developments.  Our Sales Advisors deliver 5 star customer service, priding themselves in understanding the aspirations of our customers, not just in the type of home to suit their needs, but in the type of environment they wish to live in.

Reporting directly to a Sales Manager; we are looking for people who are highly motivated with excellent communication, telephone and customer service skills, who are willing to work weekends and bank holidays and have a proven record in sales. In-house training will be provided for those candidates who have no prior experience of new homes sales.

We are looking for Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers who are highly motivated, health and safety focussed, and have excellent site management and customer care skills. To work for Bellway you must have a CSCS Card at the appropriate level. Site Managers must have a valid SMSTS Certificate.

Bellway Homes are currently the fourth largest house builder in the UK. Split across 15 regional offices the company are responsible for the construction of some 4,500 homes every year. Land acquisition and Planning are critical to the delivery of these new homes and to the ongoing success of the business.

The North East Division, based on the Team Valley in Gateshead, is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and well organised Graduate/Assistant Planner. 

Working as part of the land team and reporting to the Planning Manager and Land Director you will be actively involved with a wide range of planning projects including the preparation and submission of planning applications, discharge of planning conditions, site promotion through the forward planning system and the identification of strategic land opportunities. You will be familiar with national and local planning policies and learn to interpret these to provide advice to the land and technical teams. The role will be wide and varied representing an opportunity for career progression within an established major company seeking to grow and expand.

The successful candidate will have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate planning degree course and will ideally be eligible for Chartered Membership of the RTPI.  Relevant work experience would also be beneficial.
