Bellway’s Part Exchange deal moved Helen and David from Liverpool to Chichester

‘Flag’ ship school receives donation from Bellway

Bellway Homes has donated and installed two new flagpoles at Penllegaer Primary School. The flagpoles will proudly display not only the Welsh flag but also the Green Flag Award that was given to the school for their sound environmental awareness.

A new Bellway housing development, Parc Penderri, is now well into the construction phase and in close proximity to the school. Bellway try to get involved with communities that are local to their developments and Penllegaer Primary School is no exception.

Bellway’s part exchange scheme helps couple buy dream home
