Downsizing - a perfect retirement remedy

Planning for retirement can give you a new lease of life according to former nurse Maureen Hussey. After 42 years of work, Maureen decided the time had come for a new start which would also include a new home.

“I had decided to downsize from my old four bedroom home in Birmingham but really wasn’t sure what I wanted I needed to be inspired and sensed that I would know it when I found it.  I decided to rent for a while and look around to find my ideal home at leisure.
