Barking Riverside opens to buyers
One of the largest planned residential developments in east London has opened its doors to the public. City East, part of the 10,800 home Barking Riverside development has welcomed interested buyers and opened its reservation book.
Barking Riverside is one of London’s largest regeneration schemes situated on the banks of the River Thames. A joint venture between the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Bellway Homes plc is preparing serviced development plots for the first 350 homes.
