Paul Edwards from Market Drayton is celebrating having been presented with a house building Oscar. Paul (45) who has been employed by national house builder Bellway Homes for the last ten years has been presented with a National House Building Council (NHBC) top 100 Quality Award.

The NHBC Award is judged over the course of a year across the house-building industry and is designed to acknowledge the skills of site managers for their central role in co-ordinating the different trades and products used in house building, as such they are widely acknowledged as the building industries premier seal of quality.

Paul who is married with two young children received his award at his Watermill Rise development in Bridgenorth, said:

“I am thrilled to have been recognised by the NHBC, I have a team of 25 people here on site covering a range of specialist areas, the award is a tribute to their skill and dedication. It also provides added confidence to our buyers that they are investing in a first-class product.”

Bellway’s Sales Director, Steve Rose commented: “The NHBC Pride in the Job campaign is a real mark of building excellence.  The award reflects the high standard of craftsmanship, Paul has done exceptionally well this is the fourth year in a row that his skills have been recognised by the NHBC.”
