Bellway Homes Purchase London Waterside Development

Bellway Homes have contracted with Lanark Square Limited for the development of Turnberry Quay, a new mixed use scheme on the Isle of Dogs to the south of Baltimore Wharf.
On completion, Turnberry Quay will transform 1980’s commercial premises on the dockside to provide 89 new homes and 320m2 commercial space. Bellway Homes are set to develop the scheme in conjunction with an affordable housing provider and construction is due to start in 2014.

Bellway house hunters muscle in on a great deal thanks to David Lloyd

Bellway has announced an innovative partnership with the David Lloyd Health and Racquets Club. Visitors to Bellway’s Killingworth Old Village development this weekend will be able to collect free weekend family passes that can be used at the David Lloyd Health and Racquets Club in South Gosforth. In addition, anyone reserving a new home this weekend will receive a year’s free family membership at the David Lloyd club.

House builder, Bellway has literally stuck its neck out at its new development in Dudley, St James Mews. Visitors to the new development are greeted by two ornamental Giraffes which may lead some visitors thinking that they have arrived at the nearby Dudley Zoo.
