What is the NHBC?

The National House Building Council (NHBC) is a regulatory body for the new homes industry. Properties with the "buildmark" are checked at various stages of build to ensure all work is up to standard. You will receive an information pack giving you some useful details about how to look after your new home and what to do if things go wrong. The NHBC buildmark offers a 10-year warranty on the structure of your new home. Please note, some properties may be covered via equivalent warranties.
