Purchase a property valued at £119,995, 80% (£95,996) is payable at the time of purchase. You then pay the other 20% balance at the current market value at the time of repayment which is due on the earlier of sale or remortgage of your home or 10 years from the date of purchase. This is secured by a second mortgage e.g. If the property is sold, or transferred for £150,000 then 20% (£30,000) is payable to Bellway. If the property is sold, or transferred for £100,000 then 20% (£20,000) is payable to Bellway. No interest is payable to Bellway for the first 3 years. After 3 years interest is payable monthly at 3%. The amount on which the interest is payable is increased by 3% per annum thereafter compounded annually.
